Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles as part of a fast-paced service team in Wyoming. You will learn hands-on under experienced technicians, perform routine inspections, and assist customers by explaining repair steps and delivering high-quality workmanship.

We offer a pay range with flat-rate earnings, a significant bonus structure and opportunities to obtain ASE certifications.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
  • Valid driverbce license at all times and ability to drive customer/ company vehicles.
  • Basic understanding of automotive maintenance & tire repair services including oil changes, basic inspections and tire repair.

Responsibilities

  • Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
  • Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
  • Install batteries and check electrical systems.
  • Perform tire maintenance.
  • Install parts.
  • Road test vehicles.
  • Obtain or maintain ASE certifications in at least one of A1 A8 within first two years of employment; tests/fees paid by company; bonus for each test passed.

Education

ASE certification or equivalent
