Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in a fast-paced service shop. You will learn under experienced technicians, perform inspections, and assist with repairs while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role offers a flat-rate pay model, with opportunity to earn through performance, and a path to ASE certification with company support and bonuses for passing tests.

Qualifications

  • Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
  • Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
  • Perform inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems.
  • Install batteries and check electrical systems.
  • Perform tire maintenance.
  • Install parts.
  • Road test vehicles.
  • Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years of employment; tests paid by company; bonuses for tests passed.
