Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Rock Wall, NM is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles in a fast-paced service environment. You will learn under experienced technicians, perform oil changes, inspections, tire care and electrical checks, and interact with customers to explain repairs.

The role offers flat-rate pay, opportunities for ASE certifications and a benefits package starting day one, with training and career growth within a global automotive

Qualifications

Basic mechanical tasks and the ability to learn new tasks.
Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
General automotive maintenance and tire repair skills including oil changes, inspections and tire repair.
Reading, writing and math skills are required.

Responsibilities

Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
Install batteries and check electrical systems.
Perform tire maintenance.
Install parts.
Road test vehicles.
Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications within two years; company covers tests.
