Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles across a fast-paced service team. You’ll learn under seasoned technicians, perform oil changes, tire service, and system inspections while delivering high quality workmanship.

Role includes hands-on training with opportunities to earn ASE certifications and grow within a large national network.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks and work with guidance.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate customer and company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and tire repair services including oil changes and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
• Road test vehicles to verify work.
• Pursue ASE certifications within two years; company covers tests/fees.
• Interact with customers to explain repairs and service quality.
