Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring Automotive Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles within our fast-paced service environment. You will learn under experienced techs, perform routine inspections, and assist in repairs while delivering high-quality workmanship.

The role offers flat-rate pay with room for ASE certification growth, and full benefits beginning day one. Join a team dedicated to serving customers and building a strong foundation in automotive service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid automobile driver’s license required.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including: Oil changes, Basic inspections, Repairing tires.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years (tests/fees paid by company).
