Job summary

The Bridgestone Automotive Technician role supports our fast-paced service team. You will learn and perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles, under guidance from experienced technicians.

Customer communication to explain repair work is encouraged to deliver outstanding service. We offer a flat-rate pay structure and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) with match, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance & tire repair services including oil changes.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years of employment.
