Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an Automotive Technician to contribute to our fast-paced service team. You will learn and perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance under guidance from experienced technicians, while engaging with customers to explain procedures and ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks and develop hands-on skills.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance and tire repair services.
• Reading, writing and math skills are required.
• Preferred ASE certification or equivalent.
• Two years of automotive repair experience or vocational training can be considered.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts and road test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications within two years of employment; fees paid by the company.
