Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under the guidance of experienced technicians. You will participate in routine inspections, interact with customers, and contribute to high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a flat-rate pay structure based on productivity. Eligibility includes a valid driver's license and ASE certification pursuit within two years.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including: Oil changes, Basic inspections, Repairing tires.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and road test vehicles.
• Install parts.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years.
