Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in a fast-paced environment. You will learn under experienced technicians, perform routine inspections, and interact with customers to explain repairs and provide high-quality service.

Salary is paid on a flat-rate basis, with range shown. Eligible employees receive training, benefits, and opportunities to earn ASE certifications as part of career development.

Qualifications

• Must learn basic mechanical tasks and apply them to automative service.
• Able to perform oil changes, inspections, and tire repairs with attention to safety.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive customer/ company vehicles.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and rotate tires.
• Install parts and components as directed.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs.
• Aim for ASE certification within two years; company pays tests/fees.
