Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Cedar Park, TX is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in a fast-paced service environment. You will learn hands-on under guidance, perform routine inspections, oil changes, tire maintenance, and assist with repairs while delivering high-quality workmanship.

The role offers a flat-rate pay model, opportunities to earn through performance, and potential ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including: oil changes, basic inspections, repairing tires.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications within two years.
