Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Missouri is hiring Automotive Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under supervision. This role offers a sign-on bonus of $1,500 for first-time hires, with a performance-based flat-rate pay model and opportunities to earn through certified training and ASE tests.

You will learn hands-on tasks, interact with customers, and contribute to a high-quality service culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including: Oil changes, Basic inspections, Repairing tires.

Responsabilidades

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years of employment (tests and registrations fees paid).
