Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under guidance of experienced technicians, with hands-on learning and customer interactions.

The position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus for current state inspection certifications, a pay range of $19.00–$29.69 per hour, and a flat-rate pay model. Benefits include day‑one medical/dental/vision, paid vacation, ASE training, 401(k) match, and flexible scheduling.

Formación

• Must have basic mechanical tasks ability to learn.
• Role requires reading, writing and math skills.
• Ability to communicate with customers about repairs and services.

Responsabilidades

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts as needed.
• Road test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications within two years with company support.
