Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in our service team. You will learn hands-on under experienced techs and may interact with customers to explain repairs and ensure quality service.

The role offers a flat-rate pay model and opportunities to earn based on productivity, with a $1500 sign-on bonus for new teammates. Health benefits and on-the-job ASE certifications are included.

Qualifications

• Must learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance including oil changes.
• Basic inspections.
• Repairing tires.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and repair.
• Install parts and road test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years.
