Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring an Automotive Mechanic (B Tech) in Orlando, FL to perform essential repairs and maintenance on a diverse fleet of newer vehicles. You’ll conduct oil services, tire/brake work, and routine maintenance with some guidance while advancing ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional auto repair experience or automotive coursework with certifications.
• At least 1 ASE certification, with the ability to obtain 2 additional ASE certifications within the first year.
• Working knowledge of ASE certification areas including engine repair, drivetrains, brakes, suspension, electrical, and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential mechanical repairs and maintenance on a diverse fleet of newer vehicles with minimal supervision.
• Oil and fluid services, tire repairs, brake work, suspension repairs, and other routine maintenance or warranty-related repairs.
• Assist senior technicians with more complex diagnostic and repair work as you build your skills.
