Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician in Wisconsin to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under guidance from experienced technicians. You’ll learn hands-on with a focus on safety, quality workmanship, and customer service.

The role offers flat-rate pay and a pay range of $16.63–$24.99 per hour, with opportunities for ASE certification and career growth. A driver’s license and basic automotive knowledge are required, with on-site work in a retail service

Qualifications

  • Must have valid automobile driver’s license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
  • Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance and tire repair services including oil changes and basic inspections.
  • Reading, writing, and math skills.
  • obtainable or maintain ASE certifications in at least one of A1–A8 within first two years of employment (fees paid by company).

Responsibilities

  • Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
  • Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
  • Install batteries and check electrical systems.
  • Perform tire maintenance.
  • Install parts.
  • Road test vehicles.
  • Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within two years of employment.
