Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under the guidance of experienced technicians. You will participate in routine inspections, assist in repair procedures, and provide high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers hands-on learning, opportunities to obtain ASE certifications, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, holidays, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including oil changes, basic inspections, repairing tires, reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications within first two years of employment.
