As an Automotive Technician, Goodyear offers:

In this role at one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers, you will:

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive services professionally
• Mentor and learn about new automotive technologies
• Work effectively within a team environment

**Responsibilities:**

• Troubleshoot problems and demonstrate diagnostic skills
• Inspect, repair, and diagnose systems such as brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, and air conditioning
• Engage in continuous learning through formal training
• Maintain standards of sales, service, safety, and cleanliness
• Perform manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting

**Basic Requirements:**

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• Three years of automotive repair experience, including diagnosis and problem-solving
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• State vehicle Inspector certificate
• ASE A4 Certification (Steering and Suspension) and A5 Certification (Brakes)
• State inspection licenses and/or MAC certification

**Additional Considerations:**

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to use diagnostic technology and applications
• Use tools and product knowledge to recommend solutions to guests
