Job summary

Promotive in the Wilmington, Delaware area is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians (A-Level or B-Level) to join a growing team. This role offers a strong earning potential with a guaranteed weekly draw and a flat-rate pay structure based on experience.

You will perform maintenance, diagnostics, wheel alignments, engine and transmission work, and service a mix of Domestic, Asian, European, and EVs in a modern shop.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Experience in high-volume shop environments.
• Team-oriented, dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform fluid services and scheduled maintenance
• Complete wheel alignments
• Repair suspension and steering systems
• Perform engine and transmission replacement
• Complete a wide variety of general automotive repairs

Pay Rate: $27.50-$45.00 per Flat Rate Hour (Based on Experience)
Pay Type: Flat Rate
Earning Potential: Up to $110,000+ Annually
Guaranteed Pay: $1,000 Weekly Draw
