Qualifications

• Experience as an Automotive Service Technician.
• Ford dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug test.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance concerns on Ford vehicles.
• Perform maintenance and repairs efficiently while meeting Ford and dealership quality standards.
• Use factory diagnostic equipment and resources to identify and resolve vehicle issues.
• Mentor apprentice technicians and support team collaboration.
