Job summary

Monro, Inc. is hiring Technicians in Las Vegas to perform basic diagnostics and routine vehicle maintenance. This role offers flat-rate, performance-based pay and the opportunity to maximize earnings based on skill and efficiency.

The Technician position can be full-time or part-time and is hourly-based depending on business needs. You will deliver 5-star service by effectively communicating issues and recommended repairs to guests, while meeting time and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive training with basic maintenance knowledge.
• ASE certification and State Inspection license preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Own a basic set of tools or participate in Monro's tool purchase program.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic vehicle diagnostics to identify required repairs.
• Conduct courtesy inspections on every guest vehicle and report additional needed services.
• Assist in inventory management and stocking.
• Maintain store cleanliness and guest-ready condition.
• Follow safety standards and Monro procedures during all tasks.
• Test drive vehicles per policy while obeying traffic laws.
• Adhere to environmental and OSHA standards.
• Complete Monro University training modules.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
