Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our service team. Under guidance of experienced technicians, you will learn diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance, performing inspections and communicating repair needs to customers.
This role offers hands-on training and a clear path to ASE certifications with company support within two years, helping you build a solid automotive service foundation while contributing to a busy shop.

The Automotive Technician plays a pivotal role within our automotive service team. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, you will learn foundational skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles. The role involves routine inspections, vehicle assessments, and repair procedures, as well as interacting with customers to explain repair procedures, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service. This position offers a unique opportunity to build a solid foundation in automotive repair while contributing to the overall success of our team.
$16.63 – $24.99 per hour. Technicians enjoy a performance‑based compensation model known as flat‑rate pay, providing a predetermined amount for each eligible task and fostering efficiency and swift task accomplishment.
