Job Summary

Sign-on Bonus: $1,000

The Automotive Technician plays a vital role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, you will develop foundational skills through hands-on learning, participate in routine inspections, and assist in repairs. You may also interact with customers to explain services and provide high-quality customer service. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Pay Range

$17.00 - $25.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts and road test vehicles.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience, completion of Vocational-Technical School, or demonstrated skills via certifications.
• Preferred ASE certification in at least one area (A1-A8) or equivalent external qualifications.
• Strong reading, writing, and math skills.
