Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership experience.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
• Brand knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards.
• Communicate technical information clearly to Service Advisors.
• Ensure estimates and work orders are accurate and compliant with quality standards.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations for shop operations and safety.
