Tempe Honda is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our Penske Automotive Group dealership in Tempe, AZ. As a Flat Rate Technician, you will perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of dealership experience, a safe working knowledge of shop tools, and a genuine commitment to teamwork, accuracy, and efficiency.

Compensation for this position is based upon production/sales. The wage ranges are not guaranteed and are estimates based on expected production/sales. The minimum for this position is Arizona state minimum wage.
