Job summary

EchoPark Automotive is hiring an Automotive Technician to join our Nashville team. This service role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, and attention to detail while performing repairs and maintenance to dealer and factory standards.

You will conduct 190-point inspections, service items from lube to air conditioning, and support a collaborative shop. We offer guaranteed pay, salary with bonus potential, work-life balance, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• State certification where applicable.
• At least 6 months of previous Automotive Mechanic experience or Auto Tech School certification.
• Own a set of tools.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn.
• Respect for teammates and a positive outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
• Inspect and repair a wide range of pre-owned makes and models up to 12 years old.
• Complete a 190 Point Vehicle Inspection.
• Lube, filter, flushes.
• Brake system and tire repair.
• Suspension and alignments.
• Vehicle drivability and diagnostics.
• Air conditioning diagnosis and repair.
• Gasket and seal repairs.

EchoPark Automotive is hiring an Automotive Technician to join our team in Nashville, TN. Our Technicians enjoy guaranteed pay, a very collaborative and casual work environment, very different from a traditional "dog-eat-dog" shop. It's fun, fair, and a great place to work. To excel in this service role, you will need excellent customer service skills, effective communication skills, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

The Automotive Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Our technicians inspect and repair a wide range of pre-owned makes and models up to 12 years old.

• 190 Point Vehicle Inspection
• Lube, filter, flushes
• Brake system and tire repair
• Suspension and alignments

• Air Conditioning Diagnosis and Repair
• Gasket and Seal Repairs

What We’re Looking For
