Jack Madden Ford in Norwood, MA, is seeking motivated Automotive Service Technicians to join our team. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, allowing a balanced life while you advance your career.

We are a family-owned Ford dealership with over 70 years of service. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles, perform warranty and customer-pay repairs, and maintain thorough documentation while upholding Ford specifications and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to efficiently and accurately complete repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and efficient vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services.
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to Ford specifications.
• Inspect vehicles and identify additional repair or maintenance needs.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and resources to diagnose concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed.
• Follow dealership and manufacturer safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and other technicians to ensure a great customer experience.
• Continue developing technical skills and product knowledge.

Automotive Service Technician

Jack Madden Ford is looking for motivated and skilled Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing team!

What You'll Do

• Perform accurate and efficient vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.

• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to Ford specifications.
