Job summary

You'll work Monday through Friday with no weekends, use advanced diagnostic tools, and collaborate with service advisors to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Automotive service experience preferred.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to efficiently and accurately complete repairs.
Quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license.
Ford experience and certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform accurate and efficient vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
Perform routine maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services.
Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to Ford specifications.
Inspect vehicles and identify additional repair or maintenance needs.
Utilize diagnostic equipment and technical resources to properly diagnose concerns.
Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed.
Follow dealership and manufacturer safety procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work closely with Service Advisors and other technicians to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Continue developing your technical skills and product knowledge.

What You'll Do
