Job summary

Franklin Ford is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Ford vehicles, ensuring repairs meet manufacturer specifications. You will diagnose issues, develop repair plans, and work to maintain high standards of safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive technician preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Ford vehicles.
• Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns.
• Complete repairs efficiently and according to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform inspections and recommend necessary repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians.
• Follow dealership and manufacturer safety procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
