Job Description:
About the Role: The Automotive Technician is responsible for vehicle diagnostics, routine repairs, and maintenance, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring safety standards are met. Compensation ranges from $18-20 guaranteed, plus flat rate earnings based on experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform vehicle diagnostics and identify repairs.
2. Complete courtesy inspections and communicate findings.
3. Assist with inventory and store maintenance.
4. Follow safety standards and operate equipment safely.
5. Conduct test drives and adhere to traffic laws.
6. Maintain technical knowledge through training.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Automotive training or experience.
3. ASE certification and State Inspection license preferred.
4. Valid driver’s license and good MVR.
5. Own basic tools or participate in company tool program.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, and physical activity including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, and reaching.
