Job summary

A&B Import Auto in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to join our team. We service European and import vehicles, using factory-level scan tools and modern equipment to diagnose and repair with precision and integrity.

You'll work in a shop that values clean processes, teamwork, and customer satisfaction, with scheduling options including a standard 5-day week or a 4-day week with some weekends. We offer benefits and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an automotive technician.
• Experience in the European sector of the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
• Advanced diagnostic skills are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosis & Repair: Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, with emphasis on European and import brands using factory-level scan tools, lab scopes, and other diagnostic equipment.
• Preventative Maintenance & Safety Checks: Complete scheduled maintenance services, courtesy inspections, and safety-related evaluations.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing technical training, ASE certification programs, and brand-specific education to stay current with automotive technology.
• Support a Clean & Safe Work Environment: Follow all safety protocols and keep workspace clean.

Schedule

A&B is proud to offer the following scheduling options to promote work life balance for our employees:

• Standard Monday-Friday 5 day work week, or.
• 4 day work week available with some weekend scheduling (work no more than half your weekends, 2 out of 5 anticipated).

About The Role

As an Automotive Technician at A&B Import Auto, you'll be part of a team dedicated to precision, integrity, and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnosis & Repair: Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, with an emphasis on European and import brands. Utilize factory-level scan tools, lab scopes, and other diagnostic equipment.
• Preventative Maintenance & Safety Checks: Complete scheduled maintenance services, courtesy inspections, and safety-related evaluations to ensure customer vehicles remain reliable and roadworthy.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing technical training, ASE certification programs, and brand-specific education to stay current with automotive technology and best practices.
• Support a Clean & Safe Work Environment: Follow all safety protocols. Keep your workspace clean and contribute to the overall appearance and professionalism of the shop.

Technicians At A&B Import Auto Achieve

• 50+ billable hours per week.
• Minimal quality control issues/comebacks.
• Strong communication with front desk advisors and leadership.
