Job summary

European Auto Repair Shop in Tucson is seeking an experienced Automotive A/B Technician to diagnose and repair European vehicles the right first time, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, VW, MINI and Porsche. You will perform precise diagnostics and high-quality repairs in a modern shop.

This Monday–Friday position offers a supportive team, ongoing training, modern diagnostic equipment, paid time off, and clear opportunities for advancement as the business grows in a busy Tucson area shop.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Experience working on European vehicles is strongly preferred.
• Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills.
• Proficient with scan tools and modern diagnostic equipment.
• Experience performing digital vehicle inspections.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Own a complete set of professional technician tools.
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain European vehicles including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen (VW), MINI, and Porsche.
• Perform accurate digital vehicle inspections (DVI).
• Complete engine, electrical, suspension, steering, brake, cooling system, and drivability repairs.
• Use scan tools and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and shop quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate findings clearly with the service advisor.

We're looking for an experienced Automotive A/B Technician who takes pride in diagnosing and repairing vehicles correctly the first time. If you have strong diagnostic skills, experience with European vehicles, and are looking for a professional shop that values quality, we'd like to meet you.
