Job summary

A&B Import Auto is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to join our Fort Collins shop. You will diagnose and repair European and import vehicles, utilizing factory tools and tech to ensure accurate work and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes safe work practices, ongoing training, and delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an automotive technician.
• Experience in the European sector of the automotive industry is a big plus, but not required.
• Advanced diagnostic skills are a big plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Expert Diagnosis & Repair: Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, with emphasis on European and import brands using factory-level scan tools, lab scopes, and other diagnostic equipment.
• Preventative Maintenance & Safety Checks: Complete scheduled maintenance services, courtesy inspections, and safety-related evaluations to ensure vehicles are reliable and roadworthy.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing technical training, ASE certification programs, and brand-specific education to stay current with automotive technology and best practices.
• Support a Clean & Safe Work Environment: Follow all safety protocols; keep workspace clean and contribute to professionalism of the shop.

Schedule

A&B is proud to offer the following scheduling options to promote work life balance for our employees:

• Standard Monday-Friday 5 day work week.
• 4 day work week available with some weekend scheduling (work no more than half your weekends, 2 out of 5 anticipated).

About The Role

As an Automotive Technician at A&B Import Auto, you'll be part of a team dedicated to precision, integrity, and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

Technicians At A&B Import Auto Achieve

• 50+ billable hours per week.
• Minimal quality control issues / comebacks.
• Strong communication with front desk advisors and leadership.
