Job summary

A&B Import Auto in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to join a team dedicated to precision, integrity, and customer satisfaction. We specialize in European and import vehicles and work on a broad range of makes, supported by modern tools and a collaborative front office.

You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to high standards. We offer a flexible schedule with standard Monday–Friday and a 4-day option with some weekend scheduling, plus a competitive

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive technician.
• Experience with European vehicles is a plus.
• Advanced diagnostic skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosis & Repair: Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, with an emphasis on European and import brands. Utilize factory-level scan tools, lab scopes, and other diagnostic equipment.
• Preventative Maintenance & Safety Checks: Complete scheduled maintenance services, courtesy inspections, and safety-related evaluations to ensure customer vehicles remain reliable and roadworthy.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing technical training, ASE certification programs, and brand-specific education to stay current with automotive technology and best practices.
• Support a Clean & Safe Work Environment: Follow all safety protocols. Keep your workspace clean and contribute to the overall appearance and professionalism of the shop.

Schedule

A&B is proud to offer the following scheduling options to promote work life balance for our employees:

• Standard Monday-Friday 5 day work week, or.


• 4 day work week available with some weekend scheduling (work no more than half your weekends, 2 out of 5 anticipated).

• 50+ billable hours per week.


• Minimal quality control issues/comebacks.


• Strong communication with front desk advisors and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as an automotive technician.


• Experience in the European sector of the automotive industry is a big plus, but not required.


• Advanced diagnostic skills are a big plus, but not required.
