Role Description

The Automotive Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Plant City, FL. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance services such as inspections, oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. The technician diagnoses and repairs mechanical and electrical issues, including brakes, suspension components, engine performance, and general drivability concerns. Daily tasks include using diagnostic tools, following manufacturer and dealership repair procedures, documenting work performed, and communicating clearly with service advisors. The Automotive Technician is expected to maintain a safe, organized work area, uphold quality standards, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Vehicle Maintenance and Oil Changes for routine service work.
• Proficiency in Automotive Repair and Maintenance & Repair for diagnosing and fixing mechanical issues.
• Experience working with Suspension systems and related components.
• Basic to intermediate diagnostic skills using modern tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and follow repair orders, technical manuals, and service bulletins.
• Commitment to safety practices, cleanliness, and organization in the service bay.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with service advisors and teammates.
• Relevant automotive certifications or training (e.g., ASE, manufacturer training) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
