Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Eugene is seeking a Service Technician to join our on-site shop in Eugene, Oregon. We value skilled technicians at all levels, from trainees to pros, and offer steady work, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow within the LAD family.

You will perform inspections and reconditioning on pre-owned vehicles, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, document repairs, and collaborate with service advisors and parts staff to meet our high standards.

Qualifications

• Automotive technician experience at any level welcome.
• Trade school training or equivalent is preferred.
• ASE certifications are preferred; Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and reconditioning on pre-owned vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to ensure reliability and safety.
• Document repair procedures and recommendations.
• Collaborate with service advisors, parts department, and management.

Schedule: To be discussed at interview This position is onsite in Eugene OR and reports to the Fixed Operations Manager.

What You'll Bring

Automotive technician (any level welcome — apprentice or master. We consider candidates who have professional experience or trade school training. We prefer ASE certifications. We prefer Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram experience. Diagnostic capabilities Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
