Job summary

We are seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician to join the busy service team at L0056 Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Tri-Cities in Kennewick, WA. This Express Lube Technician role involves completing scheduled services, diagnosing and maintaining vehicles, and supporting the service department to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with training opportunities like Degrees@Work at no cost.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• 1+ year of prior Express/Quick Lube Technician experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with both manual and automatic transmissions.

Responsibilities

• As an Express Lube Technician you will complete assigned services and repairs in an organized and effective manner, providing skillfulness that displays pride and quality.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Help diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs under the guidance of senior technicians.
• Work with the service team to guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.

Dealership: L0056 Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Tri-Cities Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Tri-Cities Hiring: Lube Technician Pay: $19-$22 flat rate. Schedule: Schedule is on a rotation. We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Service Department Hours: Monday-Saturday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm and closed Sunday. This position is located onsite in Kennewick WA and reports to the Service Manager. We're looking for Entry Level Automotive Technicians to join our busy service team. This is an opportunity to learn and contribute to this dealership's overall success while gaining new industry skills.

What You'll Bring

• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

• The flat rate earning range for this role is $19-$22 per flagged hour.
• This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
• Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
• Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
