Job Summary

We are looking for an Automotive Technician to join our successful independent service center, Bridgewater Motorworks, located in Bridgewater, NJ.

As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles. You should be comfortable using diagnostic computer software and have knowledge of vehicle systems. We are a team-oriented organization. Our top technicians are willing to teach candidates eager to learn.

We are currently hiring for a junior technician and a "B" level technician.

If you have a "never give up" attitude and are willing to problem-solve until you find the best solution for the customer, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes
• Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other protocols
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
• Conduct comprehensive inspections of all vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Communicate vehicle repair information clearly and effectively to customers
