Automotive Service Technician Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 of experience as an automotive technician, with specific expertise in Ford vehicles preferred.
• Certifications: Valid ASE certifications preferred but not required.
• Skills: Proficiency in diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of Ford vehicles.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Automotive Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair various automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, suspension,HVAC, and more
• Perform thorough inspections and identify potential issues or safety concerns
• Accurately document work performed and parts used in dealership systems
• Communicate clearly with service advisors about findings, estimates, and repair timelines
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer specifications
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge through Ford certification programs and technical bulletins
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional work area
