Hiring immediately for an ASE Certified Automotive Technician!

Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Technician. The Automotive Technician performs car service, repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting service, and vehicle reconditioning according to company policy and procedures. This position requires the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday 3:00PM to 11:00PM.

This position is located at our Service Center 7438 New Ridge Road Hanover, MD 21076.

The starting compensation for this job is $32.00 per hour plus production bonuses. Our average hourly production bonus is $4.00 per hour, but production bonuses are not capped. Our average compensation ranges depending on the number of ASEs you hold, State Inspections Certifications, overtime, and production bonuses. Automotive Techs will also receive a $300 annual tool allowance and a $500 signing bonus to purchase tools!

• Ensure all repairs and preventive maintenance are completed according to manufacturers' specifications and guidelines.
• Complete required manufacturer's training and perform warranty and recall repairs.
• Complete ADA installs as required upon completion of training.
• Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a Repair Order to accurately reflect steps taken and parts used during the repair.
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures.
• Utilize multiple manufacturers’ websites, software, and diagnostic tools.
• May process new fleet, LOFR, tires, fuel reclamation, or buy-backs.
• Maintain the work area in a safe and clean condition.
• Requires ability to perform manual labor, such as bending, kneeling, crouching, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Moderate physical activity which requires handling objects up to 50 pounds with long periods of standing and walking.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as required.

• Two years of mechanical experience in an automotive repair shop servicing current model vehicles required.
• OEM training/Certification OR 4 current and valid ASE certifications required.
• Understanding of GM, Ford, Toyota, and Chrysler warranty procedures is a plus.
• A basic level experience and understanding of PC and Microsoft Office Products required.
• Must have a valid US driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Must have a satisfactory background check including driving record (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI in the last 3 years), employment reference, and social security verification.
• Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to work full-time (40 hours/week) and accommodate a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and some holidays depending on business demand.
