Job summary

Hertz is seeking an Automotive Technician at our Hertz Rent-A-Car location in Alexandria, VA. You will perform preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and inspections, contributing to a fast-paced, energy-filled environment.

Candidates should have at least one year of vehicle maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and must bring their own tools and a valid driver’s license. This position offers competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities within a leading car rental

• Preferred prior experience with automotive repair (personal or professional)
• Must have tools to perform necessary repairs
• Must have a Valid Driver's License
• Must be able to perform vehicle repairs with oversight
• Ability to use shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools

Wage

$26.00 per hour

The Automotive Technician is the second level within the Hertz Corporation for our maintenance team. In this role you will be performing preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and inspection.

Educational Background

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
