Lenco Armored Vehicles in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a Technical Services Representative to support customers throughout the lifecycle of armored vehicles. The role focuses on diagnosing issues remotely, coordinating repairs, supporting parts and service needs, and analyzing field data to improve reliability.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle concerns remotely via phone and email with repair recommendations.
• Coordinate offsite repairs and service support with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Conduct maintenance evaluations and installation support for parts and accessories.
• Serve as the primary contact for warranty claims and ensure timely resolution.
• Create service orders to facilitate warranty parts shipments and coordinate replacements.
• Maintain communication with customers regarding technical support and issue status.
• Track and document all service activity and vehicle history in ERP.

Job Summary:
