Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and teach undergraduate courses for a two-year automotive service technician program.
• Maintain a professional teaching and learning environment.
• Maintain ASE accreditation for the program and teach ASE standards.
• Manage classroom and shop/lab to ensure a productive and safe learning environment.
• Promote college programs and enhance community relationships.
• Serve on College committees as elected or appointed.
• Select instructional materials and textbooks.
• Use technology to enhance classroom learning.
• Maintain required paperwork for MassBay.
• Collaborate on equity initiatives to improve student outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned.
