Job summary

Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking experienced professionals to join our Automotive practice in the United States. You will address sales, dealer management, aftermarket, and supply chain/ manufacturing operations with data/AI, and help clients redefine their operating models for digital transformation.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across a global network, shaping strategic roadmaps, managing programs, and delivering measurable outcomes for leading automotive clients.

Qualifications

• Apply structured, hypothesis-driven problem-solving to define client challenges.
• Build clear, compelling deliverables, including executive presentations, process maps, business cases, and roadmaps.
• Contribute actively to workstreams within larger engagements, managing your own tasks and timelines with minimal supervision.
• Build trusted relationships with day-to-day client counterparts through consistent delivery and clear communication.
• Support business development activities including proposal development, market analyses, and pursuit materials.
• Design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific transformations focusing on people, process and technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and sound business judgment.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving situations
• Ability to resolve issues and manage risk proactively.
