Job summary

Accenture seeks a seasoned SAP Transformation Lead to drive manufacturing-focused implementations for automotive and industrial clients. You will shape SAP strategies, architectures, and roadmaps, and lead delivery teams across global locations to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience and proven technical and functional skills with SAP Manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Automotive or Industrial clients including but not limited to driving complex workshops, design decisions, and leading the design and execution of system build, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live in SAP Manufacturing / Supply Chain.
• Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for Automotive clients.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams, including in a Global Delivery Model.
• Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients on business challenges/trends and the value of SAP solutions.
• Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through business cases and roadmaps, including during sales origination and client presentations.
• Architect end-to-end SAP solutions leveraging SAP technologies and partner solutions.
• Advise and design solutions based on industry best practices.
• Lead small teams onsite with clients or within Accenture.
• Stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations across the area of expertise.
• Be a thought leader and develop assets and best practices for transformation.
