Responsibilities

• Consult customers on service needs and update on vehicle progress.
• Provide the customer with a positive experience.
• Maintain company standards and expectations.
• Be involved in all aspects of store operations.
• Communicate accurately to teammates and technicians to meet time commitments.
• Step in to take on additional duties when needed.
