Job Description: The Store Manager is a salaried leadership role responsible for guiding store operations, team development, sales, and customer service. Reporting to the District Manager, the manager oversees staff, manages sales goals, maintains store standards, and ensures a high-quality guest experience.

Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 annually, with potential bonuses and incentives based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and develop sales and technical teams to ensure a 5-star guest experience.
  2. Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and product knowledge.
  3. Promote tire and service products to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  5. Control expenses and manage inventory effectively.
  6. Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
  7. Schedule appointments and assign tasks efficiently.
  8. Build and maintain customer relationships.
  9. Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, and physical activity including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and walking for long periods.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Leadership experience in retail or sales.
  • Ability to manage financial results and motivate teams.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Report.
  • Customer-focused mindset and basic math skills.
