Automotive Store Manager: $75,000-$140,000 effective rate (Base Pay + Commission + Overtime + Manager Incentive Bonus + Paid Benefits)

What is the job?

1. Manage daily store operations and procedures.
2. Implement and execute company initiatives while motivating and training the team members.
3. Meet or exceed performance targets by understanding and following company strategies.
4. Confidently recommend, sell, advise, and provide exceptional customer service to guests.
5. Receive training to become product experts, selling tires, wheels, services, and repairs.
6. Adhere to Big Brand Tire and Service sales strategies and core values to create lifelong customers.

What will make you a great fit for our team?

1. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
2. At least 1 year of automotive tire retail and service repair sales experience, plus 1 year in a management role.
3. Experience in the automotive industry or a related field.
4. Knowledge of tires, products, and mechanical services is highly desirable.
5. Experience working face-to-face with guests in a fast-paced environment.
6. Confidence in communicating, advising, recommending, and making sales.
7. Ability to deliver excellent customer service with personal integrity.
8. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
9. Detail-oriented with eagerness to learn and grow.
10. Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in sales and hands-on services and repairs.
11. Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
12. Physical ability to lift 70 lbs. and endure crouching, bending, and turning.
