The Midas Store Manager is responsible for business operations and store performance, including safety, efficiencies, and profit/loss accountability. The role involves promoting customer satisfaction and retention, growing existing and new business, and overseeing operations related to cost control, inventory management, environmental compliance, and safety. The Store Manager provides strong leadership to cultivate a harmonious, collaborative, and productive work culture.

We seek a seasoned manager with a proactive spirit to handle operations, financial performance, morale, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate has a college degree or coursework (preferred), three years of experience in automotive repair, supervisory/management experience, a background in continuous improvement, P&L experience, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all automotive and general service technicians, including overseeing vehicle inspections, making recommendations, building repair orders, sourcing parts, and discussing estimates with customers.
• Lead, manage, and train team members while aligning with our company's vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed.
• Oversee sales, accounting, and clerical functions from Service Advisors.
• Supervise technicians’ inspections, diagnosing, and repairing domestic, European, and Asian vehicles and light trucks.
• Maintain inventory counts and be responsible for any inventory losses.
• Ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility, including environmental compliance.
• Update and submit daily sales reports to Corporate.
