Automotive Store Manager: $75,000-$140,000 effective rate (Base Pay + Commission + Overtime + Manager Incentive Bonus + Paid Benefits)

1. Manage daily store operations and procedures.
2. Implement and execute company initiatives while motivating and training the team members.
3. Meet or exceed performance targets by understanding and following company strategies.
4. Confidently recommend, sell, advise, and provide exceptional customer service to guests.
5. Receive training to become product experts in tires, wheels, services, and repairs.
6. Adhere to American Tire Depot's sales strategy and core values to foster lifelong customer relationships.

What will make you a great fit for our team?

1. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
2. At least 1 year of automotive tire retail and service repair sales experience, plus 1 year in a management role.
3. Experience in the automotive industry or related field.
4. Knowledge of tires, products, and mechanical services is highly desirable.
5. Experience working face-to-face with guests in a fast-paced environment.
6. Confidence in communication, advising, recommending, and sales abilities.
7. Ability to deliver excellent customer service with high personal integrity.
8. Capability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
9. Attention to detail and eagerness to learn and grow with the company.
10. Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in sales, services, and repairs.
11. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
12. Physical ability to lift 70 lbs., and perform crouching, bending, and turning.
