Automotive Store Manager: Estimated Total Earnings - $160,000-$200,000 annually
Compensation Details:
- Hourly Base Pay of $43.00 – $48.00 (based on experience and performance).
- Commission, bonus, & Overtime Opportunities: Estimated commissions range from $34-$48 more an hour, based on skill level and production.
- Overtime pay: 1.5x for hours worked in overtime.
- Average total earnings range from $160,000 - $200,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities of an Automotive Store Manager:
- Manage daily store operations and procedures.
- Implement and execute company initiatives while motivating and training team members.
- Meet or exceed performance targets by understanding and following company strategies.
- Adhere to American Tire Depot sales strategy and core values to create lifelong customers.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years in automotive retail, with a solid foundation in sales and service.
- 2 years of store leadership, managing a high-performing location generating $4M+ annually.
- Proven success in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Customer-first mindset.
- Deep product knowledge in tires and mechanical services.
- Skilled in managing P&L, operations, budgeting, and costs.
- High integrity and professionalism.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 70 lbs. and performing physical tasks.
